We have a strict no-close, no-pay policy. If your contract terminates or is canceled, no payment is due.
No, we are not licensed. DORA will not allow a licensed agent to work outside of the brokerage where their license is hung.
As unlicensed coordinators we can work for any agent across Colorado with no strings attached.
License or no, we uphold the same moral and ethical standards as our agents.
That number fluctuates significantly, just like our market does. We have more than 40 agents that we service, but not all are busy at the same time.
We can close over 100 transactions per month, so there is room on our roster for more producers like you!
We know our job well and have a lot of confidence when working with your transactions, so our agents don’t hear from me too much, and no one has complained about that so far. We do consider ourselve to be funny, truthful, and no-nonsense when it’s time to get the work done.
