  • No, I am not licensed. DORA will not allow a licensed agent to work outside of the brokerage where their license is hung.

    As an unlicensed coordinator, I can work for any agent across Colorado with no strings attached.

    License or no, I uphold the same moral and ethical standards as my agents.

  • That number fluctuates significantly, just like our market does. I have more than 40 agents I service, but not all are busy at the same time.

    I can close up to 100 transactions per month, so there is room on my roster for more producers like you!

  • I know my job well and have a lot of confidence when working with your transactions, so my agents don’t hear from me too much, and no one has complained about that so far. I do consider myself to be funny, truthful, and no-nonsense when it’s time to get the work done. I also discuss chickens during downtime.
